1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by VeloxEdit ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access or use VeloxEdit's photo retouching and editing services.
2. Services Provided
VeloxEdit provides professional photo retouching and editing services including but not limited to: ghost mannequin editing, jewelry retouching, real estate photo editing, background removal, clipping path services, color correction, beauty retouching, lifestyle compositing, ecommerce photo editing, and wedding and portrait editing. The specific scope of each project is agreed upon at the time of order placement via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted via WhatsApp, email, or contact form. Upon placing an order, you agree to provide accurate project details including file format requirements, turnaround expectations, and style references. Payment is due as agreed at time of order — typically 50% upfront for large orders or full payment upon delivery for standard orders. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and other payment methods as agreed. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from confirmed order receipt. Rush 12-hour delivery is available at an additional charge. Turnaround times are estimates based on current workload and order complexity. VeloxEdit will notify clients promptly if delivery will be delayed. In the event of a missed guaranteed delivery, clients are entitled to a full refund or credit at their discretion.
5. Revisions Policy
VeloxEdit offers unlimited revisions on all orders. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Revision requests must be based on the original project brief — requests that substantially change the original scope may be quoted as new work. We revise until you are 100% satisfied.
6. File Ownership and Confidentiality
All files submitted to VeloxEdit remain the sole property of the client. VeloxEdit does not claim ownership over any images submitted for editing. Files are used solely for the purpose of completing the requested editing work and are not shared with third parties under any circumstances. Files are deleted from our systems within 30 days of project completion unless a longer retention period is agreed upon. NDA agreements are available upon request for all client engagements.
7. Portfolio and Case Study Use
VeloxEdit may use completed work samples in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Clients who require complete confidentiality (e.g., unreleased collections, proprietary products) should indicate this at time of order or request an NDA. We respect all confidentiality requests without exception.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full rights to the edited images. VeloxEdit retains no intellectual property rights over delivered files. Original source files remain the property of the client or their photographer. VeloxEdit does not edit images where we have reason to believe the submitting party does not have the rights to the content.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are available in the following circumstances: missed guaranteed delivery deadline (full refund), dissatisfaction after unlimited revisions have been exhausted (full refund at our discretion), or significant error in completing the stated brief (full refund or re-edit at client's choice). Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after delivery or where the delivered work matches the original brief. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
VeloxEdit's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We are not liable for loss of data during file transfer — clients are responsible for maintaining copies of all original files. We recommend using verified transfer services (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox) for all file submissions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of VeloxEdit services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. VeloxEdit is committed to fair resolution of all client concerns.
12. Changes to Terms
VeloxEdit reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The most current version of these terms is always available at veloxedit.com/terms.
