VeloxEdit is a professional photo retouching and editing studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We operate the website veloxedit.com and provide photo editing services to clients worldwide. For privacy enquiries, contact us at veloxeditbd@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, phone number, and project details when you contact us, submit our contact form, or place an order. We also collect the image files you submit for editing. We may collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration via Google Analytics 4. We do not collect payment card information directly — payments are handled by third-party processors (PayPal, Wise).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to: deliver the photo editing services you requested, communicate with you about your order status and revisions, send project-related invoices and receipts, improve our service quality and website experience (via analytics), and respond to enquiries and support requests. We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
4. Your Uploaded Files
Images and files you submit for editing are used exclusively to complete your editing order. Files are stored temporarily on secure cloud storage during the project and deleted within 30 days of project completion unless you request extended retention. Files are never shared with third parties, used for training AI systems, displayed publicly, or used for any purpose other than completing your order. We can sign NDAs for clients who require it.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with: service providers necessary to operate our business (Google Analytics for website analytics, email providers for communication) — these providers are bound by their own privacy policies. We may disclose data if required by law or legal process.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for: essential site functionality (session management), analytics (Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage data), and preference storage (dismissal of popups, UI settings). You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects data such as pages viewed, time on site, and general location (country/city level). 8. Data Retention
Contact form submissions and enquiries: retained for 2 years for business records. Order files (images): deleted within 30 days of project completion. Invoice and payment records: retained for 7 years for accounting compliance. Analytics data: governed by Google Analytics retention settings (14 months by default). You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), object to processing of your data for certain purposes, request restriction of processing, and receive your data in a portable format. 10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: file transfers use encrypted connections (HTTPS), project files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage, internal systems require authentication, and staff are trained on data handling practices. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions to protect your information.
11. International Transfers
VeloxEdit is based in Bangladesh and serves clients globally. When you use our services from outside Bangladesh, your data may be transferred to and processed in Bangladesh. We handle all data in accordance with our privacy standards regardless of where it originates.
12. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified to active clients via email. The current version is always available at veloxedit.com/privacy. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
